THE EYE - Model of the Month - April 2009

When someone drops by to see you at the very beginning of the month chances are that you might have forgotten them by the very end. But there is no way we were going to forget the adorable Alex S who Sarah @ Storm sent in weeks ago.

Not only did he have a fine collection of animal jumbers and great stories about his '8 modelling poses' but he was the one thing that all great models should be - ABSOLUTELY FUCKING GORGEOUS!!!!!

As you may have guessed we're a bit in love with him here. Already planning a shoot so we can use him for something cool.

Lydia's Got 'The Eye' - AT LAST

After many years of messing about Lydia K is at last where she belongs @ The Eye Model Placement and we couldn't be happier :-)

We placed her at NEVS straight away so she can start earning some proper money!!!

THE EYE - Model of the Month - March 2009

It's not 1 it's 3 this month. As they all came in together and were equally lovely it would be impossible to choose between them. They stayed for ages and were completely charming, hilariously gossiping about boys and fashion in a way that only effortlessly cool teenage girls (and elderly casting directors) can. We're trying to come up with something for them to all shoot together. I'll keep ya posted...............

THE EYE - Model of the Month - February 2009

Ok, Ok, I know, it's half way through March but I'm VERY busy!!!

Over the last month, having had the likes of Chanel Iman and Taylor Fuchs at our castings, bumped into Catherine McNeil and Ali Stephens @ NYFW, worshipped at the altar of Liya Kebede and Alek Wek, partied with Jethro and Ty, completely lost my cool when I met Cecilia Mendez, had Eddie Tucker and Max Rogers drop by to flirt with Nikki, made best friend with the legendary Stacey McKenzie, shared a cab with the beautiful Isaac Carew, chatted to Coco on the front row @ Bryant Park and taken the stairs for the last 3 weeks because Ash broke our lift, you'd think it would be hard to choose our Models of the Month.

It wasn't. It was an absolute no brainer......................

To know her is to love her. She came by to see us last time she was in London but I was stuck at home waiting for the Gas Man and never met her. I was overjoyed to finally do so in New York and was entirely besotted by the time she came out of make-up and all the way to the front door with curlers in her hair to blag us into the Baby Phat show. Plus she's was lovely to Rahma whilst she was in town. We ADORE her!!!

We met him at the Red office and he was great fun and then when he cleverly came to our Levi's casting in Levi shirt that Josh had given him. We were immediately won over. Plus he has a ridiculous cool accent. Someone get him to London pronto he needs to be taken out on the razzle in Shoreditch NOW!!!
